Chiropractic Marketing: New Patient Referrals

Today we will easy mind set to marketing your chiropractic office with out even thinking about it. Chiropractors often do not want to take the effort and have that icky feeling in there stomach when they ask for a patient to refer patients to them. I find that most chiropractors I have talked to have a number of reason for this.

1) The person is afraid to impose on another person or to apply pressure on them to ask for a chiropractic patients referral.
2) The person has internal conflict because they feel asking is self siuting and people will think that they are being greedy by trying to promote there practice.

The fact is that all you have to do as a chiropractor is to put yourselve in a different state of mind. Being a chiropractor is a life style not a job. It is not so long ago that chiropractors where actually jailed for practicing chiropractic. This is in today's society seems impossible yet it was less than 50yrs ago.

If you are looking for reason, motivation, or just this is it. Take the side of this is about promoting the profession not yourself. Stop being so ego centric. The fact is that chiropractic needs you, your patients need you, and the patients from the people who gave you the referrals needs you. It time we get on board, period. Chiropractic Marketing is all about your state of mind We need to be, in our minds, on the same level as what we are practicing.
