Chiropractic Coaching Tip # 2
During the development of our practice I noticed that many chiropractors have various levels of participation in the practices some full engaged and some not at all. The truth be told if many chiropractors feel that they need to be at there practices and do not necessarily want to be there.
Todays challenge is to sit back for five minutes in your chair. Close your eyes and imagine 5 things you can do this week to make your experience at the practice better. I want you to think about what your Chiropractic Coaching team would tell you to do? What do you think that would help you and your wellness program in you chiropractic everyday practice?
The always start with the simple things. It seems to ground me and then I work onto the harder object to manipulate in the office.
Start with that report that you have been putting off. Then move to something like talking to the chiropractic assistant you "have been meaning to talk to". After, you have focused on about 4 things you can do easy-to moderate. Pick one thing that if you could get done you would be exstatic.
Write those five things down on two pieces of paper. Put the first piece of paper on your desk where you keep your chiropractic management tips. The second Chiropractic Coaching tips goes in your bathroom at your home. Do these simple things in your life and you will see a profound change in your life and practice.
