Here is a question for you do you work at your chiropractic clinic? Is being a chiropractor your Job? Many of you are sitting back hear right now and thinking to yourselves why is he asking me this.

This is crucial to the management of your chiropractic office. This about it....... Being a chiropractor is not your job. Well it should not be at least. Being a chiropractor needs to be your passion!!! I have visited some of the biggest chiropractors in the world and the number one thing I noticed between all of them is chiropractic is not a job it is a lifestyle.

Now I ask you again.....is chiropractic your passion. Here is a simple ways to answer your own question:

Do you talk to people about chiropractic?

Do you think about how you can help people in better ways when not in the office?

Do you have a practice management group who watches over you?

Would you rather be someplace besides your practice?

If you can answer yes to all of these questions your chiropractic practice is your passion. The reason for practice management being in there. Everyone needs some form of Coaching whether it is a hired service or not. Every single professional who is successful has a coach of some sort. It is the natural nature to take action if we have someone to answer to.
