Practice Practicing for Your Practice
Often I go into practices to evaluate them, which I do from time to time, I notice one thing. This "thing" that I notice is abundantly clear to me. I clearly can tell who is a cohesive team and who is not. This is absolutely the number one most important thing in your practice hands down 100%.
In chiropractic we have enough people who are "out to get us". The last thing anyone needs is people working in there office who have negative feeling towards the practice or towards chiropractic. In order for us to all be on purpose we need to focus and meet on a daily basis for just 5 minutes. Those minutes are the most crucial minutes of the day for your practice.
The purpose meeting: One time a week you should have a purpose meeting this meeting is 15 minutes long and ever person who works in your practice does a number of things. They state your purpose, your goals, and one person reads a testimonial from a patient.
Doing these simple things builds the foundation for a beautiful structure.
