The Power of Love

Do you have a patient that you just can't stand?

Today is the day of reflection. Why you ask? Because having feelings like this for a patient can only have a couple outcomes.

1) You continue to not like the patient and you send signals whether verbal or non verbal and they eventually leave your practice.
2) You sit back and reflect on why you continue to give them chiropractic care and then decide what to do from there.
3) You take some extra time with your patient that you have a issue with and get to know them a little better.

I always suggest the third option. I have had numerous chiropractic patients with minor issues and after a brief sitting and discussion period with them I resolved my issue with them. As a result they tend to actually become better patients referring more people into the practice and actively participating in chiropractic care.
